Project Access Dallas Coordinator

Healing Hands Ministries is pleased to announce that Jane Waters is our new Project Access Dallas Coordinator.  In this position Jane will coordinate all Project Access Dallas enrollments and volunteer recruitment. Please help us by welcoming Jane to our team. 

Chi Omega Christmas Market

Healing Hands Ministries was one of the seven beneficiaries of the 32nd Annual Chi Omega Christmas Market November 19-21, 2009. Friends of Healing Hands and Board Members attended the preview party on Wednesday evening November 18. Party goers were entertained by the Cowboy Band and the Lake Highlands Wildcat Wranglers. All in attendance took advantage of being the first to shop at the market.

Chi Omega has pledged $35,000 to Healing Hands Ministries to be used to open an additional night to provide medical and dental services to the uninsured patients of the clinic. This philanthropic project, sponsored by the Dallas area Chi Omega Alumnae has raised over $5 million for selected charitable organizations in the local community. The Market includes over 150 merchants, presenting unlimited opportunities for holiday shopping. This is a distinctive juried show and participants are selected on the basis of quality, variety and uniqueness of merchandise. Chi Omega Christmas Market has routinely returned 70% of its gross income to the beneficiaries.
