How to Make an Appointment

Healing Hands Ministries serves those that reside within Dallas County that live in the zip codes of 75231, 75238, 75243, 75080, 75081. To be eligible to receive medical and dental services a patient must live at 200% of the federal poverty guideline, be uninsured, CANNOT have Medicare, Medicaid or be enrolled in a Parkland product. A potential patient must be certified before an appointment can be made. Potential patients may come Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm. Healing Hands closes for lunch from 12-1pm. A potential patient must have the following documentation to be certified:

• Proof of residency (utility bill other than phone or a valid lease)
• Valid photo ID
• Recent pay stub

Healing Hands Patient forms can be printed and filled out before coming into the clinic.
